This perennial will grow 1-3' tall and has medium-size blue/green leaves with wonderful flowers that come in a variety of colors.

Santa Ana Cardinal Coral Bells

Common name:Santa Ana Cardinal Coral Bells
Botanical name:Heuchera 'Santa Ana Cardinal'

This Heuchera is believed to be a hybrid between the native Heuchera maxima and the non-native Heuchera sanguinea. The name is a little misleading as the flower is more pinkish red than it is red or cardinal. Best used in dry shady conditions in well drained soil. Once established requires little care. Susceptible to mealy bugs and root rot if it receives too much water. Most effective when used in mass plantings. Much smaller leaf than maxima hybrids and grows to 18-24" x 18-24".

Botanical name:Erigeron glaucus

This perennial will grow 1' tall and 1.5' wide. It has blue/green foliage and lavender flowers that bloom in spring and summer.

Foxglove

This biennial foxglove will reach up to 4' when blooming in the early summer. The large spire of huge, bell-shaped flowers ranges from purple to pink to cream with purple specks. Large, textured leaves form an attractive rosette until bloom time. The plant likes a moist, filtered-sun area similar to the Lobelias and Columbines. -Holland Wildflower Farm

Coral Bells

Tufts of round leaves 2-3" wide with scalloped edges accent this plant. It also produces wiry stems to 24" tall with open clusters of red/pink, bell-shaped flowers.
