Another large, slow-growing conifer which exhibits weeping growth form. Its golden leaves are 1" in size, and it also requires full sun in order to best develop its color. It serves as an excellent specimen or rock garden subject.

A handsome pyramid shaped tree to 60 feet. Drooping tips of the wide branches give this elegant tree a pendulate appearance. This plant also comes in many cultivar forms, including dwarf cultivars.

The 'Emerald Carpet' is an evergreen groundcover that grows to 1' tall by 6-8' wide. It is favored by many landscapers as the manzanita of choice for inland situations.
